CNN/TIME Poll
A new CNN/Time poll suggests that the race between President Bill
Clinton and Republican rival Bob Dole may be getting
tighter. Yankelovich Partners,Inc. surveyed 1,004 adult Americans,
including 807 registered voters, and the results show that if the
election were today, the race would be virtually neck-and-neck. The
sampling error is +/- 3 percentage points for the entire sample and
+/- 3.5 percentage points for registered voters.
