ASHEVILLE, North Carolina (CNN) -- House Speaker Newt Gingrich said Saturday evening he will send a Bosnia resolution to the House floor next week.
The speaker said the resolution will have two parts: first, an expression of support for U.S. troops, and second, a rejection of the Clinton administration policies that resulted in the troops going to Bosnia.
About 20,000 U.S. troops are being deployed to the former Yugoslavia as part of a NATO peacekeeping mission to enforce the Balkan peace accord.
